The DSN Safety Conference provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your company’s safety-related products, services, and solutions to a diverse audience of safety professionals, business leaders, educators, healthcare representatives, industrial organizations, and community stakeholders.

Vendor Booth Information

DSN members will receive first priority for vendor booth reservations through July 1, 2026.
Remaining booth spaces will be opened to the public after July 1, 2026.
Vendor registration applications will close October 15, 2026.
The $50 fee will include a booth space with one 6-foot rectangular table & chair, one conference registration, food/drinks, and recognition at the conference.
Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important Vendor Policies

The DSN Board reserves the right to review and accept or reject vendor applications at its discretion.
Bismarck State College strictly prohibits direct sales or transactions on the premises.
Vendors are encouraged to focus on networking, education, product awareness, and relationship building during the event.
